Vision
Vedeto plus d.o.o. creates a vision – a picture of the future of the organization, and accordingly creates the necessary procedures and conducts activities to turn that image into reality.
Unlike long-term planning, which represents the transfer of existing business trends to the future, the vision is an attempt to anticipate the future, and to prepare the organization for it. Of course, the vision implies the belief that the future can be influenced, and that it can be changed by our actions and activities. Vision is a "dream of the future", a "promised land", which still has to contain a "touch of reality", must be equally clear and powerful in order to create a feeling for people to reach a "promised land" in a safe way.
Such a vision directs the organization's members towards the future and a clear path which should be taken, mobilizes energy, creates a sense of pride, uniqueness and importance, which altogether raises the level of motivation in the organization and results in greater effects than previously thought possible.
Vision is a creative act which needs to result in finding ways to do things differently, in a better way, to make people more innovative and put their natural creativity at the service of the organization, to free up the enormous creative energy, which suppressed by everyday routine remain hidden.
The capacity for visionary thinking exists in every person – the problem is that few people are trained to think conceptually, not linear. Therefore, people need to learn to think about what the ideal future might be, and to support their leaders to think that way.
The existence of a vision is not by itself sufficient. For the vision to come "alive," it must become common, borne in minds and hearts of all the organization's members. In its realization, all employees headed by the leader of the organization must take part.
Each member of the organization must contribute, because in achieving the vision everyone has their own important place, everyone has to carry their share of burden and glory.
